| A month ago, we decided to sell our condo and buy a home in Pasadena. Of course, we called Bonnie and she was immediately all over it. My husband and I both work 60+ hours a week and Bonnie was flexible and really worked within our busy schedules. We told her what we were looking for and she prescreened the homes ahead of time to make sure we would like them before showing them to us. Every weekend for a month she showed Jason and I and any out of town guest we might have had tag along, some of the cutest homes in Pasadena and Altadena. Bonnie is so patient and easy going and really lets you take your time finding your perfect home. She found us our “dream home,” a charming 1920's Craftsman that the owner had spent the last three years restoring. Even though we couldn't afford the asking price, she encouraged us to put in an offer that we could afford. Then Bonnie worked her magic and convinced the sellers that we couldn't go any higher on the price but that we would take really good care of the home that they had put so much hard work and love into. Ultimately, she convinced the sellers to sell us their home at the price we could afford. Bonnie really has her client's best interest at hand. Because the sellers wanted a short escrow, 21 days, and we couldn't afford two mortgages, Bonnie wasted no time helping us get our condo ready to sell. Within a week of having our offer on the home accepted, she advised us on how to get our condo ready to sell, listed it, priced it well, and actually sold it within three days of listing it for close to the asking price.
